Dear Students and Parents,
Recital time is right around the corner! This yearʼs production is
What I Want to be When I Grow Up.
PICTURES at the STUDIO
Monday, May 24 and Tuesday, May 25. Plan on attending even if you are not purchasing
pictures, as we display class pictures in the studio. Order forms are available the middle of May
and at the photo shoot. Please see the attached picture schedule.
FINAL BOW REHEARSAL at the STUDIO
Tuesday, May 25 from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m., following the photo shoot. This rehearsal is for all
classes. Everyone must attend. Final bow rehearsals are very important, please donʼt miss!
Also, there are no classes after May 22nd, just photos shoots and rehearsals.
PRODUCTION WEEK SCHEDULE at the PAC
We will be in the PAC in Anchorage on Wednesday, May 26 and Thursday, May 27 for technical
and dress rehearsals. Performances are Friday, May 28 at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 29 at
7:00 p.m. More details coming in May.
CHAPERONES
Sign-up sheets are posted on the bulletin board in the studio. Please sign-up to help! One
chaperone from each class must be present at all studio rehearsals.
COSTUMES
Costumes are handed out the 3rd week of May. All tuition fees and recital fees must be paid in
full by May 15th or you will not receive your costume. Once you have your costume, you are
responsible for bringing it to and from the photo shoot and performances.
DVDS
DVDs of the performance will be available to purchase for $30. You must pre-order before May
25. Please place you orders during picture days.
TICKETS
Tickets are between $18-22. They are available at the Centertix Box office in the Alaska Center
for the Performing Arts, online at centertix.net or by calling 263-ARTS. They are available
starting April 1st. We recommend buying your tickets in advance to ensure you get a good seat.

Photo Information
Pictures will be taken, Monday, May 24th and Tuesday, May 25th at Dancers
Workshop. Please plan to attend, even if you do not wish to purchase
pictures. We like to display class pictures in the studio that includes
everyone.
Please do not wear your costumes to the studio. Change into them after you
arrive. You should have your hair and makeup done ahead of time.
Final Bow rehearsal from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 25.
