To reach Alumni Gym:
(130 Central Ave.) continue on Russell Street to the second stoplight; turn left onto Central Avenue. Alumni Gym is on the right near the end of the block. Parking for Alumni Gymnasium is located on Central and Campus avenues.
To reach Schaeffer Theatre:
(305 College St.) continue on Russell Street to the third stoplight; turn left onto College Street; take your first left and continue down behind the theatre into the parking area. Additional parking is available on College Street, adjacent to the building.
To reach Pettigrew Hall:
(305 College St.) continue on Russell Street to the third stoplight; turn left onto College Street; take your first left and continue down behind the theatre into the parking area. Additional parking is available on College Street, adjacent to the building. Pettigrew Hall is a wing of Schaeffer Theatre.
To reach The Quad:
(Bates Historic Quad, 23 Campus Ave.) continue on Russell Street to the third stoplight; turn left onto College Street; the quad is at the corner of College Street and Campus Avenue. Parking is available on both streets, as well as in the Schaeffer parking lot.
To reach Bardwell Street Field:
(Bardwell St.) continue on Russell Street past the second stoplight; turn left onto Bardwell Street; the quad is near the end of the street, between Garcelon Field and Smith Hall. Parking is available on Bardwell Street, as well as in the lot at the corner of Russell and Bardwell Streets.
To reach The BDF Tent:
(Bates Library Quad, 48 Campus Ave.) continue on Russell Street to the second stoplight; turn left onto Central Avenue, and then a right at the intersection onto Campus Avenue. Parking is available on both streets, as well as on Bardwell Street (accessed from Russell St). Once you step onto campus, the BDF Tent is located behind Chase Hall between the Alumni Gymnasium and the Ladd Library.

Arriving by car?
The College is located approximately three miles from Maine Turnpike Exit 80 (Lewiston Exit).
Northbound travelers: take Exit 80 and turn left onto Alfred A. Plourde Parkway at the stop sign at the end of the off ramp.
Southbound travelers: take Exit 80 and bear right onto Plourde Parkway.
Continue on Plourde straight to stoplight at intersection of Plourde and Pleasant; continue on Plourde .6 miles to stoplight at Webster Street. Turn left onto Webster and travel 1 mile to stoplight at Farwell Street. Turn right onto Farwell and follow .6 miles to stoplight. Continue straight across intersection onto Russell Street through first stop light. The campus will be on your left.
Arriving by air?
Major airlines serve the Portland International Jetport, and bus service to Lewiston is provided by Greyhound Bus Lines. A number of shuttle companies offer transportation from the airport to Bates.
